Women Empowerment and existance...

• Hindu religion says "Gods are inhabited where women worship". But what is the first thing that comes to our mind when we talk about women empowerment, for eg...no female fetocide,no dowry, no rape , proper education etc ....the first thing popped up in my mind is the SAFETY towards wellbeing of girls at their home, school & cities.In India girls are brought up like this only..you are a girl u have to sit like this ,walk like this, not to talk so loudly , don't talk with boys , wear proper clothes etc etc... They become dependent on their fathers,brothers, husband than their own children....as a result their confidence gets shattered in the early stages of upbringing.let me give you one example...one of my close friend who had a love marriage ,went on a dinner and in between a conversation she called her husband by his name and imagine what happened her relatives gets offended and told her..."this is not a right way to talk, you should not call your husband by his name ,you are not giving him respect"...is this a criteria for giving respect to your husband..i don't think so...they both are equally educated, working in same company, earning same salries..than why people discriminate like this..however her husband and family has no problem but what about that segement of society who makes one authoritve and other one slave...still there are many parents who are well educated and working professional but want a baby boy...discrimination is in the blood of Indians..on the other hand,  in every 3 minutes girls are being raped and murderd in India  ..rape is not limited to physical trauma only, it is a mental and emotional also..many girls after marriage bear a abusive marriage life..they are forced to be in a bad marriage because of society pressure, they are so weak that they can't stand for their rights...it is true that nowdays girls are doing great in  many field..but still they bear a lot to prove their existence.Irony is that, still in some states like Delhi ,Haryana,UP  & Raj lots of rape, female feotcides & dowry cases are occuring everday.. On account of this, we are loosing many kalpna chawala, aishwarya , sushmita, manushi,Sania, phogat sisters etc. Girls to boys ratio keeps on decreasing day by day  and gradually this imbalance leads to end of this world.. definitely we are near to doomsday...
